Shipment policy

Orders can take between 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process. Processing an order involves picking, packing, and getting the order ready for shipment. Once the order is picked up by the courier, it is considered ‘shipped’.
Once order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. Please note that once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it or make any changes.
Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order.

We offer two options for shipping. А normal free shipping, which the customer receives with each order carried out through the post offices and express shipping for which an additional $ 12 is paid to the value of the order and is carried out through DHL.
Delivery time via DHL is usually 2-4 working days.

With both the couriers we can ship all over the world.

The delivery time via the post for different countries varies as follows:

– USA, Canada, Australia – 7-14 working days
– Europe – 4-6 working days (Germany and Austria – 3-4 working days)
– Rest of the world 7-21 working days

In view of the everything going on with COVID-19 a delay in the time of delivery may occur. If you notice such please contact us to assist you.

In the event you did not receive your order or if the tracking information states ‘delivered’ and you have not received the order, please contact us to request assistance.

Return policy

Once you receive your order you have the right to return it in 14 days. You can do so by sending us an email on There is no specific text that you should write, but we will need to tell us the cause of returning, the date of purchase and the delivery date of the goods. Once the email is sent we will give you the address for returning.
After we receive the goods we will send back your money. Please keep in mind that deduction for all the courier expenses will be made. The process could take up to 60 days. The returned goods should be unused and in a good commercial appearance.

If there are any damages or incorrect items being delivered send us an email accompanied with photos to take the necessary actions for their replacement.
