Entire interior restoration package

1. CONTENT OF ENTIRE INTERIOR RESTORATION PACKAGE:

•  LEATHER CARE KIT FOR CLEANING, PROTECTION AND MAINTENANCE – Completely sufficient to clean the leather before the restoration, as well as for the subsequent maintenance of the entire interior. You can clean (2-3 times) and nourish the whole interior up to 6-7 times with only one kit.

• Leather cleaner 330ml. – product for premium cleaning;
• Leather protection lotion 330ml. – to nourish, soften and protect the leather;
• Cleaning supplies – genuine hair brush, microfibre cloth and sponges.

•  ENTIRE INTERIOR RESTORATION KIT

• 250 ml. Adhesive primer – Water-based bonding primer to create a better adhesive bond between the old leather base and the next coat of dye.

• 500 ml. Base color (depending from the color of your interior) dye for car leather restoration: Leather dye – specialized high-coverage water-based dye designed to restore the look of old and worn leather.

Toning dyes

• 250 ml. White dye for car leather restoration: Leather dye – specialized high-coverage water-based dye designed to restore the look of old and worn leather.

• 100 ml. Black dye for car leather restoration: Leather dye – specialized high-coverage water-based dye designed to restore the look of old and worn leather.

• 100 ml. Brown dye for car leather restoration: Leather dye – specialized high-coverage water-based dye designed to restore the look of old and worn leather.

• 100 ml. Light brown dye for car leather restoration: Leather dye – specialized high-coverage water-based dye designed to restore the look of old and worn leather.

• 100 ml. Red dye for car leather restoration: Leather dye – specialized high-coverage water-based dye designed to restore the look of old and worn leather.

• Sometimes we may add a different set of toning dyes depending from the base color of your salon, which you can choose when ordering.

• 500 ml. Leather finish – Specialized varnish for automotive leather. Water-soluble polymer product for sealing the leather dye. The product aims to provide a long-term result by protecting the leather from erasing and releasing of a pigment. The finish (matt / gloss) is consistent with the most used ratio, which is 90/10.

• 2 pcs. Sandpaper – chosen from our team for best leather treatment;
• 2 pcs. Scotch brite – for gentle matting of the surface;
• 4 pcs. Sponges – for applying the dye and finish;
• 1 pair Working gloves;
• 1 pc. Detailed instruction – step by step;

• Flex filler 50ml. – product designed to fill the cracks and crevices in the leather.

 

 For achieving best results follow strictly the instructions for use!

 

2. HOW TO DO IT

1. (RECOMMENDED STAGE) Clean the salon very well from dirt with the help of the Leather Cleaner. The dirt acts like isolator and prevents the good connection of the next stages.

2. Take the sandpaper and abrasive fungus provided in the kit. Smooth out rough bumps around cracks and other areas. For other healthy areas that will be treated, matte with abrasive fungus. Then wipe with a damp cloth.

3. (If you have ordered Flex filler, the application must be done before step 5) Apply ADHESIVE PRIMER on a sponge and smear the entire surface, then wait for it to dry for 5-10 minutes.

4. Apply the LEATHER DYE with a sponge. First on the erased areas and then on the entire surface with light tamponing movements (the dye can be applied with a flock roller or paint gun as well).

5. Apply the LEATHER FINISH using a sponge or other application method (flock roller or paint gun). For long-lasting result, apply several coats over the entire surface.

6. (RECOMMENDED STAGE) Seven days after the restoration is completed you can use Leather Protection Lotion to soften, nourish and protect the leather salon. It is desirable to do this procedure once a month using a sponge or microfiber cloth.
